At Arqevora S.A.S. we take the protection of your personal data seriously. This Privacy Policy describes what information we collect, the purposes for which we process it and your rights under Argentine Law 25,326 on the Protection of Personal Data.

2. Data we collect
We only collect data that you voluntarily provide when subscribing to the waiting list: name, email address and, when applicable, technical browser data (IP address, cookies, session identifiers) required to operate the platform.
3. Purpose of processing
We use your data to send you information about new investment rounds, updates on the Argentine real estate sector, operational communications about the service and to improve the site experience through aggregated statistical analysis.
4. Legal basis
Processing is based on the free, express and informed consent you provide when you subscribe, in line with article 5 of Law 25,326. You can withdraw your consent at any time without retroactive effect.
5. Retention
We keep your data as long as your subscription is active. If you unsubscribe, your data is deleted or anonymised within a maximum period of 30 days, unless there is a legal obligation to retain it.
6. Recipients
We do not sell or transfer your data to third parties. We work with infrastructure and email delivery providers under confidentiality agreements, with servers located in Argentina and the European Union.
7. Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, updating, deletion and opposition provided by Law 25,326 by writing to privacidad@arqevora.com. The Agency for Access to Public Information (AAIP) is the supervisory authority.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect regulatory or service changes. We will publish the date of the last revision and, when relevant, notify you by email.
