Real estate crowdlending in Argentina

Real estate crowdlending is a modern and accessible way to take part in real estate projects without needing large amounts of capital. The model gathers different investors who contribute funds to finance developments linked to construction, property renovation or the creation of new urban spaces.

Through a digital platform, each person can analyse different opportunities, choose the project that best fits their goals and invest according to their means. The pooled funds are allocated to a specific initiative and, when the project meets the established milestones, the economic results are distributed among the participants according to their contribution.

In Argentina, where urban development, housing and property revaluation continue to be areas of interest, crowdlending emerges as an alternative to bring the real estate market closer to more people. It is no longer an area reserved solely for developers, large investors or specialised funds.

Participate from ARS 50,000. Each contribution is documented with a loan agreement and backed by the project vehicle.

Follow the build

Access monthly physical and financial progress reports, on-site photographs and work certificates issued by the technical director.

Receive your return

At the closing of the project, or on the agreed payment dates, capital and returns are distributed proportionally to your contribution.

The process is straightforward: you select a project available on the platform, decide how much you want to invest and you can follow the progress of the development from a digital environment. There you will find information about the destination of the funds, the estimated timelines, the participation conditions and the status of the works.

Once the project is completed or reaches the anticipated goals, you receive the return corresponding to your participation. Real estate crowdlending therefore combines technology, collaborative investment and simplified access to opportunities in the real estate market.
